Slack Time Charters is excited to support Save Barnegat Bay this Friday, July 11th, at the Sips & Shells fundraiser at the historic Dale Building of the Bay Head Yacht Club!

We’re proud to donate two cruises to the silent auction that helps raise funds for this incredible cause. A 2-hour sunset/cocktail cruise and a 2-hour luncheon daytime cruise. Both departing from either IHYC down bay or BHYC up bay.

Our captain brings over 50 years of local knowledge, having grown up sailing, racing, and boating on the Toms River and Barnegat Bay. Let's protect the bay we all love!

A very busy July 4th weekend for #slacktimecharters starting with the IHVFD bike parade on Friday morning followed by our first charter group with Shane, Yanni and friends from NYC & Boston on Friday night. A most Eggcellent way to end our charter season. The IHYC Family Day committee hosted by Brian Taboada enjoyed a beautiful sunset cocktail cruise this past Saturday night on the Toms River, accompanied by the world famous Egg toss trophy along with wonderful food including Kim’s famous deviled eggs. It was a beautiful evening and incredible way to end over 20 years of hosting family day.

After the party! The newlyweds sailed off into the sunset – or rather, moonlight – from IHYC to SPYC on Saturday night. Congrats to the lovebirds!

This past Thursday night a wonderful group from seaside park enjoyed a girls night out and cocktail cruise for dinner at Rosie’s in Ocean Gate. A relaxing sunset cruise before dinner and dance party on the way home. Thank you Danielle Sayia for your continued support of ST Charters!

On Friday evening, I was joined by Captain Tom Peets of Cape Cod Deaf Sailing and a group of dear friends for a truly exceptional sunset cruise. Tom’s experience on the water, honed from his days boating and sailing in Island Heights, made for a wonderful evening and a trip down memory lane. Tom Peets. A fun regatta charter on Monday for the NJ Opti state championships at Lavalette Yacht Club, The family out to watch older brother Mason Lin of the IHYC sailing program compete in the Opti gold fleet.
